 How Do I Order?

To place an order, you will need to visit our click the “order” on the header menu. Once you have chosen which content/quantity you would like to order go to the checkout page and place a payment. When you have sent the payment you will receive an email with further instructions.

For content which includes; translation, transcription, script writing, Article Rewriting and Proofreading you can email us at sales@xyzcontent.com and we will guide you through the process.

 What is the Turn Around Time?

Turn around time varies and may be longer depending on the size of your order. However, we aim to produce quality content quite quickly. A small order of 20-40 articles might take 3 days or so.

Can I Request Rewrites?

Yes, we realize that on occasion an instruction may be misinterpreted. You should read through our refund and revision policy page for more information on this topic.

What Payment Options do You Accept?

Payment is made securely through Paypal, and it is possible to use your Paypal account or pay by debit or credit card.

 Who owns the content when you’re done?

 You do.  Once we have delivered the work to you, we retain no rights at all to the work.  We will not display it, use it for samples, or re-sell it. We also do not retain a back-up copy of it, so please make sure that you store it safely as we may not be able to get it back for you.
